ROLE DESCRIPTIONI am looking for an experienced, licensed insurance sales person who wants to be aggressively compensated for a high quality sales volume. This sales person would market home, auto, life, and health products through referrals, call ins, internet leads, and aged leads based on customer needs. RESPONSIBILITIES
- Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
- Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals
- Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Must have relevant insurance and financial service licenses. (unlicensed applicants may still apply)
- Proven experience working as a financial services representative.
- Energetic and positive personality.
- Strong sales skills.
- Effective communication skills.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
